Senior Thesis Reflection

My senior thesis project was an excellent exercise to summarize the 5-year program. I value the opportunity to be able to focus on and research Indoor Air Quality enhancement solutions, which I find relevant and interesting. It was an essential lesson to schedule and develop the scope of my work under guidance of the thesis adviser. I enjoyed the freedom and independent decision making during the research which allowed me to become more organized. I have enjoyed learning all the technical aspects of existing and design alternative solutions, and implementing them. Final report and final presentation were irreplaceable practice to present and support the resolutions I was proposing.

During these 5 years in the AE program, I have gained a valuable technical knowledge along with hands-on experience on many projects we have worked on. I appreciate the opportunity given to make mistakes and learn from them, all the feedback received from the faculty members. I am grateful for the hard work and efforts put in by the faculty members in guiding us to become motivated engineers. I am excited to apply the knowledge I have gained in the industry.

CPEP Reflection

CPEP website was an integral tool in developing and creating the thesis project. It aided in organizing the data, reports, and present the material in thorough way. Moreover, it works as a portfolio that can be reviewed by the potential employers. Overall, the CPEP website serves as a great tool to summarize and reflect the senior thesis research.
